There is a metallurgical combination between the wear-resisting layer and the substrate of wear-resisting steel plate alloy. By means of special equipment and automatic welding process, the high hardness self-protective alloy welding wire is evenly welded on the substrate. The number of composite layers is one layer to two layers or even multiple layers. Due to the different shrinkage ratio of the alloy, uniform transverse cracks appear in the composite process, which is the remarkable characteristic of wear-resistant steel plate.
Wear plate is commonly a type of abrasion resistant steel plate that is considered extremely durable, especially under harsh conditions.
